Who We Are
DigiMateAI is an AI automation agency founded by Shakeel Ahmed. We specialise in WhatsApp bot development, n8n workflow automation, and AI agent deployment for businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UK, and Germany. Every automation we ship is production-tested and delivered by a real engineer — not a reseller.

Our Story
DigiMateAI was born from a straightforward observation: small and mid-sized businesses in the Gulf and Europe were spending hours every day on tasks that could be automated in minutes. Answering the same WhatsApp enquiries, copying data between spreadsheets, chasing up leads manually — valuable time that should have been spent growing the business.
Shakeel Ahmed built his first n8n workflow for a Dubai retailer in 2022 and watched it save their team 15 hours a week from day one. That result validated what became DigiMateAI's core promise: automation that pays for itself within the first month.
Since then, we have deployed WhatsApp bots for real estate brokers in Dubai, built automated reporting dashboards for UK e-commerce brands, and created bilingual AI agents for clinics and retailers across the Gulf.
